If you’re skilled in sterile technique and passionate about surgical care, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Do:Prepare and maintain a sterile and organized operating room for a variety of surgical proceduresSet up surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment prior to proceduresAssist surgeons during operations in ophthalmologyProvide intraoperative support during robotic-assisted surgeriesMonitor and uphold patient safety standards during procedures, including responding to emergent situationsCollaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth, efficient procedural flowClean, sterilize, and restock surgical instruments and supplies post-procedureWhat We’re Looking For:Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSAMinimum 2 years of experience in ophthalmology preferredStrong knowledge of sterile technique, infection control, and operating room protocolsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical settingPhysically capable of standing for long periods and assisting with equipment setup and patient positioning
