You will:Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: From intake to offer acceptance and onboardingPartner with Leaders: Act as a true advisor to hiring managers on talent strategy, market conditions, and hiring decisionsProactively Source Talent: Use job boards, referrals, trade schools, social media, and direct outreach to build strong pipelinesBuild Talent Networks: Develop relationships with HVAC techs, plumbers, electricians, and emerging trade talent before the need arisesMove with Urgency: Manage multiple roles while maintaining speed, quality, and candidate experienceOwn Your Metrics: Track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and conversion rates using iCIMSWhat Sets You ApartExperience recruiting in skilled trades or high-volume field roles (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical strongly preferred)Strong understanding of licenses, certifications, and field requirementsProven ability to source passive candidates and fill hard-to-fill rolesAbility to influence hiring managers and push for high-quality hiring decisionsHighly organized, competitive, and driven — you take ownership and deliver resultsThrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentWho You AreYou don’t wait for applicants — you go out and find talent.You balance speed with quality.You take pride in building teams that win.If that sounds like you, we want to talk.
