Receptionist

A well-established and growing private investment firm in midtown is seeking an experienced Receptionist to support their busy office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in reception/front office roles with the ability to adapt to an ever-change and growing business. The role requires an in-office presence 5 days per week. ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone callsOversee all conference rooms needs including scheduling, preparing the rooms, ordering catering, etc.Act as first point of contact for visitors and guestsEnsure overall tidiness and cleanliness within the officeProvide support to the administrative staff as neededQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred5+ years of experiencePrevious experience in finance or other fast paced industryAbility to maintain a positive attitudeExcellent communication skills
