This is a high-impact role where you’ll take full ownership of the training function—developing programs, shaping onboarding, and helping drive a culture of continuous learning across both field and office teams.What You’ll Be DoingDevelop and deliver engaging training programs for field staff and office personnelOwn the onboarding experience from start to finishCreate internal training materials, resources, and contentAct as an internal advocate for process education and workforce developmentThink creatively about how to effectively reach and engage a diverse workforcePromote and market training initiatives internally to drive participation and adoptionTake full accountability for the company-wide training function, building it from the ground upMust-Have Qualifications:Construction industry experience (required)3+ years of experience in training, coaching, or adult learning rolesPassion for teaching, coaching, and developing othersProven experience designing and delivering training programs (not just facilitating)Ability to connect with both field teams and office personnelLong-term mindset with a desire to build and own a training functionNice-to-Have:Experience developing onboarding programsBackground in instructional design or adult learning principlesFamiliarity with heavy civil or paving operations*********LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY***********Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
