RDA supports employee goals and allows individuals to grow and take their career to the next level What You'll Do:Works as a member of a survey crew performing various types of surveys for public and private clients Able to operate all standard survey equipment in support Party Chief Set-up and operate survey equipment, including total-station, data-collector, level, and GPS Keeps legible notes and reports associated with daily surveys Maintain survey equipment used and keep survey truck stocked with necessary supplies and tools Thorough knowledge of total station and data collection, with the ability to adapt to new equipment and technologies Must be able to work outside in all seasons and under various environmental conditions Able to carry heavy weights such as survey equipment, concrete monuments, and iron pins Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Must be available for infrequent travel What You'll Bring:High School Diploma or equivalent Courses in mathematics and surveying preferred for professional growth Why Join RDA?We offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K Retirement Plan; Roth Contributions Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Life, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability Paid time off, including 8 federal holidays + 1 floating holiday Parental leave RDA is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.
