Morgan Wealth Management, you are responsible for executing strategic business initiatives and ensuring the successful rollout of new products, services, and processes across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between business development, sales, product, and operations teams, driving project delivery and supporting field adoption to achieve growth objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesExecute the implementation of new business development strategies, products, and services to Financial Advisors and Field Leaders in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.Manage timelines, and deliverables for field execution.Coordinate and lead training and support for sales and support teams to ensure effective adoption of new technology, practice management and business development supporting an Advisor’s practice.Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues that arise during implementation.Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients to inform continuous improvement.Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate successful implementation.Required qualifications, skills, and capabilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field7 + years of experience in business development, project management, sales management or implementation roles within financial services.Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross‑functional teams.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.Experience in coaching Advisors or a sales teamTravel required 50% of the timeRequired LicensingA valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within a 60‑day condition of employmentIf you were registered after October 1, 2018, you must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) examA valid and active Series 66 (63/65), and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role as a condition of employmentSkillsExecutive presentation and communication skillsChange managementCross‑functional collaborationData analysis and reportingTraining and facilitationThis position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
