Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our small business. This role is critical to keeping our operations organized, efficient, and client-focused. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data entry, CRM management, document preparation, and office administration, with a positive attitude and strong organizational abilities.Key Responsibilities:Data Entry & CRM ManagementInput and update client information, property details, and transaction records in the company CRM system.Maintain database accuracy and organization for efficient lead tracking and follow-up.Document PreparationPrepare contracts, agreements, listing packages, and other real estate documents.Ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations.Coordinate electronic signature requests.Calendar & SchedulingManage and update calendars for the Broker/Owner, meetings, and deadlines.Administrative Office SupportAnswer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.Order office supplies and maintain inventory.Assist with marketing materials, social media posts, and case updates as needed.
