You will take ownership of deployment pipelines, system reliability, and automation initiatives while supporting both internal teams and enterprise clients.This role requires a balance of technical execution, problem-solving, and process improvement, with increasing autonomy and influence over DevOps strategy and system architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute deployments, releases, and patch management through Azure DevOps pipelinesImprove CI/CD workflows to increase efficiency, reliability, and scalabilityEnsure 100% successful rollout of patches across enterprise platformsDesign and implement automation scripts to reduce manual processesContinuously identify opportunities to streamline infrastructure and operational workflowsManage DNS configurations, domain migrations, and backend system updatesIssue, install, and monitor SSL certificates to ensure uninterrupted serviceAdminister and maintain Office365 environments and user accessDiagnose and resolve system, data, and performance issues across platformsProactively monitor system health and recommend improvementsEnsure high availability and reliability of client-facing systemsSupport internal teams with device setup, technical troubleshooting, and IT needsManage office equipment inventory and onboarding logisticsProvide timely and professional email-based support to clients and employeesLead and support migration of legacy platform clients into the CMS platformExecute domain changes and ensure backend data integrity during migrationsMaintain accurate system documentation and metadataPropose and document process improvements within ConfluenceContribute to standardizing DevOps and IT proceduresActively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups and sprint planningCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, client services, and leadershipMentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharingDesired TraitsWe are looking for an individual who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
