Store Manager

Manage all Grocery store operations to maximum sales and margins; control labor, inventory levels and operating expenses. Work to achieve targeted projection goals utilizing available personnel and resources available ResponsibilitiesProper scheduling of employees and labor costs.Ensure price changes are implemented in a timely manner and that merchandise is priced properly.Ensure that all invoices are recorded correctly.Responsible for freshness of product so that maximum sales and profits result.Effective merchandising of product throughout the entire store.Keep physical building and equipment in proper condition, and store is clean, safe and neat.Ensure employees are courteous to customers and each other, and that they adhere to customer service standards.QualificationsHigh school education or equivalent experienceCustomer centric with a positive attitude2+ years of recognizable experience in management of others, preferably in the supermarket industry, but not absolutely required.Proven experience in handling personnel issues and relations.
