We proudly serve individuals, corporations, and U.S. Military personnel in achieving their aviation career goals.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time on-site role for an A&P Instructor, located at the Riverside Municipal Airport in Riverside, California. The A&P Instructor will be responsible for the thorough explanation and demonstration of all Airframe & Powerplant projects, including setup and clean-up. Responsibilities include maintaining the hangar, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for, and coordinating daily oral and practical training activities. The instructor will also deliver classroom instruction through PowerPoint presentations while ensuring strict adherence to all school and safety policies and procedures.Qualifications•      A&P Certification•      Robust communication skills to effectively communicate and demonstrate projects to worldwide clients.•      Must be very dependable and punctual.•      Excellent attention to detail skills.•      Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.•      Ability to work independently and as a team.•      Proficient in all Microsoft applicationsPreferred Skills•      Prior assistant instructor or instructor experience is a plus.•      Inspection Authorization Certification is a plus, but not required.Education Requirements•      High School diploma or equivalent•      Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.Additional NotesThis position requires a full and extensive background screening.
