Working with our Fab operations team, s/he will work on Process Engineering for innovative memory products.Specific responsibilities will include:Module process ownership: ownership of day-to-day operations, process/equipment monitoring and troubleshooting, sustaining tools to meet tool availability criteria.Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem solving tools.Drive improvements in quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity and safety.Qualifications & CompetenciesB.S. or higher Degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science.Minimum 2 years of experience in the Fab.Experience in the semiconductor industry with Copper & Oxide CMP processes and equipment knowledge.Experience in CMP related metrology equipment is strongly desired (NOVA in-situ, UV1280).Working experience with CMP process effects and interactions with upstream and downstream processes.Experience working with dielectric dry etch process is desired.Working experience with SPC/FDC/Defect Control experience, Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and software (JMP).Exhibit good and open communication skills; be able to work within cross-functional teams.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentOccasionally required to standOccasionally required to walkContinually required to sitContinually required to utilize hand and finger dexterityContinually required to talk or hearContinually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information,and/or use a keyboard* Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds.
