This role will also be required to follow all safety policies and perform their duty in a safe manner.* Repair gearboxes, drive couplings, chain drives and belt drives.* Troubleshoot and repair pumps, centrifugal, piston, rotary and other positive displacement pumps.* Analyzes mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plans for and takes corrective action.* Makes necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality.* Timely completion of tasks, work orders, and preventative maintenance items with appropriate documentation according to standard operating procedures, applicable standards, guidelines and policies.High School Diploma/GED required2 or more years of work experience preferredTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Good communication & written skillsBasic computer skillsAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditionsAbility to work in loud noise environmentsAbility to work in dusty environmentsAbility to work in elevated areas above 4 feet when necessary and in confined spacesAbility to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting of up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safelyAbility to adhere to all PPE policiesAbility to work 12hr rotating shifts if requiredAbility to work odd hours, weekends, and rotating shift schedule required.
