Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Returns Processing Associate positions in Alcoa, TNDetails for the Returns Processing AssociatePosition:$16.00/hour Monday-Friday 7a-3:30pFull-Time | Temp-to-Hire (90-day introductory) Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service Fast Start Date Weekly Pay Job Duties for the Returns Processing Associate Position: Inspect returned shoes for wear, damage, stains, odor, and missing parts Clean shoes using approved methods and products to restore them to usable condition Grade each pair based on condition, quality, and resale eligibility Sort shoes by brand, size, style, color, and condition Separate items into categories such as resell, refurbish, recycle, or discard Match pairs accurately and verify correct sizing and product information Tag, label, and organize inventory for processing or shipment Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards Follow safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times Keep the work area clean and organized Report damaged, unusual, or unsellable merchandise to a supervisor Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks as needed Qualifications for the Returns Processing Associate Position: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to stand for duration of shift Minimal lifting; Less than 30lbs frequently Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
