Tree House Ambassador

This role promises a fast-paced, invigorating environment where team members will have the pleasure of bringing Tree House products to the city of Boston. The Tree House Ambassador team member delivers exceptional customer service throughout all interactions with guests who visit our storefront and kiosk cans-to-go station, located on the arcade level of the Prudential Center. Tree House Ambassadors are expected to provide exceptional customer service to guests visiting the Prudential Center by maximizing engagement opportunities and addressing guests with enthusiasm that encourages them to try Tree House products. We are looking for someone who shows an energetic passion for the brand, and has the ability to captivate guests to drive sales.Please note, this position is temporary with expected employment through December 31, 2026Tree House is relentless in the pursuit of excellence; crafting and delivering the best products we can and providing the most gratifying guest experience possible. Base salary is only one component of the total compensation package, as this role is eligible for participation in the company growth bonus program and a robust benefit and perk package.As a Tree House Ambassador, you will be responsible for the following:Providing a welcoming, educated experience for all guests, delivering exceptional customer service throughout all interactions, always representing the Tree House brand to the general public with enthusiasm and a helpful attitudeDriving sales of Tree House products by engaging with guests and leveraging every interaction to lead to a positive experience for guestsAssisting with kiosk orders and in-person transactions, primarily engaging with guests and providing helpful, welcoming information about our company and productsSpeedy and accurate draft pours with great care for the productFlavor profile assessment and the ability to guide customers through their decision-making process with ease and efficiency.Can packing and restocking in the arcade level cooler, keeping all aspects of the cooler clean and organizedCans-to-go order fulfillment; receiving orders, packing orders and delivering finished orders to the guestCan packing and restocking in the garage level cooler, keeping all aspects of the cooler clean and organized. Adhering to scheduled cans-to-go time slots to ensure timely deliveryAssist in re-stocking merchandise shelves as requestedOther retail related tasks as needed such as product movement and keg replenishmentAssist in re-stocking merchandise shelves as requestedApplicant Requirements:6+ months of professional customer service/sales experienceMust be 18+ years of age or older at time of applicationAbility to respond to the general public (non-Tree House customers) courteously and professionallyRelevant experience in a fast-paced hospitality/retail environment preferredFlexible schedule and a willingness to work nights and weekends as needed to ensure coverage and that retail needs are met You are driven, self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a focused and hard working attitudeAbility to push, pull, bend, and lift in excess of 25 lbs. as necessary to perform required tasks as assigned throughout the workday, with the assistance of hand trucks and carts as needed. Ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hour shifts consistently.Must be able to work in a public parking garage setting; working around moving vehicles, excessive/continuous noise, dust and dirt, and changes in weather.
