Quality Control Technician

*Job Summary* As a Quality Control Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products through various testing methods and procedures. *Responsibilities* - Conduct quality inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products - Utilize vision inspection systems to identify defects or irregularities - Analyze data collected from quality tests to identify trends or issues - Follow established quality systems and procedures to maintain compliance with FDA regulations - Collaborate with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) team to address quality concerns - Fabricate samples for testing purposes *Skills* - Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and procedures - Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards - Experience with vision inspection systems - Strong analytical skills to interpret test results accurately - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: Lake Zurich, IL 60047 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Lake Zurich, IL 60047: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
