Overview In this role you will oversee the deployment, operation, and monitoring of ICS to support critical infrastructure and minimize downtime. You will perform advanced diagnostics, root cause analysis, and rapid troubleshooting to resolve system malfunctions. You will collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC teams to ensure integration and robust control-system performance, and you will develop and deliver technical training for field staff. You will build strong vendor relationships, lead system upgrades, and contribute to regulatory compliance and industry standards in ICS and critical infrastructure protection. ResponsibilitiesOversee the deployment, operation, and monitoring of ICS to support critical infrastructure and minimize downtimePerform advanced diagnostics, root cause analysis, and rapid troubleshooting to resolve system malfunctionsCollaborate with mechanical, electrical, and HVAC teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of control systems by contributing to design and installationInterpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to validate system design and ensure robust implementationDevelop and deliver technical training programs to field staff, focusing on reliability, incident response, and best practicesBuild strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to coordinate technical support, manage warranties, and lead system upgradesSupport implementation of procedural and policy changes across sites to improve operational consistency and complianceContribute to projects spanning systems integration, system administration, and field operations with moderate to high impactStay up to date with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in ICS and critical infrastructure protection Key requirementsUS Citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI w/ Poly ClearanceBachelor's degree (or higher) with 5-8 years of relevant experienceProven experience supporting ICS in high-availability or mission-critical environmentsStrong background in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems with hands-on ICS integrationDemonstrated ability to create and deliver technical training focused on uptime and incident managementExcellent communication and technical documentation skillsStrong vendor management capabilities, including coordinating technical support and managing system enhancementsExtensive experience with control system configuration and managementPreferably experience with IgnitionExperience with Tridium Niagara Framework (N4)Experience in system administration, systems integration, or network installation in critical infrastructure settingsFamiliarity with Microsoft Windows environments and relevant industrial automation softwareWorking knowledge of configuration management, document control, and system lifecycle supportCertifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, or similarFamiliarity with ITIL frameworks or other service management practicesExperience with policy implementation, procedure development, and cross-team collaboration in large-scale operationsExperience with BACnet and Modbus protocolsExperience with DG LogikControl Systems PEexcellent communicationtechnical documentationvendor managementIgnitionTridium Niagara Framework (N4)DG Logik
