Job DescriptionManage the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects.Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure goals are met.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.Monitor progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks promptly.Prepare and present regular project updates to key stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:A strong background in the property and construction industry.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Exceptional communication and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and risk management processes.Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
