Chem-Pak is a third-generation, family-owned contract aerosol and liquid packaging manufacturer with 60 years of operations in Martinsburg, WV. We serve national brands across automotive, industrial, and sporting goods sectors, and we are in the middle of a meaningful transformation: we have made significant investments in our future, including a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics F&O), expanded facilities, and a growing portfolio of branded products alongside our established contract packaging business. It offers meaningful breadth, executive influence, and the chance to shape a company that is actively investing in its next chapter.Role OverviewYou will serve as Chem-Pak's lead for all financial operations, with full ownership of both strategy and execution across the finance function. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with ownership and senior leadership to align financial objectives with enterprise priorities.This role is well-suited for a leader who moves seamlessly between big-picture strategy and day-to-day financial management, creating structure where needed while staying grounded in the realities of a manufacturing operation. What You'll DoThis role spans the full finance function, with a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will:Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with growth, capital investment, and profitability goalsProvide financial insight related to pricing and product mixDevelop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to drive operational and financial performanceBuild and maintain dynamic forecasting models and multi-scenario financial projections to support planning, cash flow management, and resource allocationProvide financial guidance on long-range planning, capital structure, , and ROI analysis of major projects and initiativesTranslate financial results into actionable insightsPartner with operations to improve margins, inventory turns and plant efficiencyOversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with GAAPManage relationships with banks, tax advisors, consultants, and insurance brokersMaintain strong internal controlsLead and develop a team of finance professionals, building a culture grounded in integrity and accountabilityManage finances across multiple corporate entities and advise on legal entity structure and governance in coordination with legal and tax advisorsEnsure maintenance of appropriate insurance coverages and oversee corporate risk mitigation strategies and compliance effortsContribute to benefits and compensation strategy, including 401(k) and health plan administration What You BringYou are a strategic, business-minded finance leader who is comfortable operating with both autonomy and accountability.
