Regulatory Specialist

Job OverviewTosaf, a multinational supplier of colorants, additives, and compounds for injection moulding, film, and other plastics applications, are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our North Carolina team.In this role, you will own all compliance documentation and customer communication and be instrumental in supporting manufacturing, research, and quality assurance activities for multiple US plants. Your expertise will safeguard the integrity of our operations while supporting the needs of our customers.Your duties may include Interpret FDA, EPA, OSHA, and other applicable regulatory requirements to ensure our products and practices meet or exceed all relevant standards. Maintain and own our North Carolina ISO activities and documentation. Create, approve and manage all customer or consumer facing documentation related to our products and materials. Ensure regulatory considerations are integrated into the product and production lifecycle. Conduct or lead internal audits and inspections for customers, ISO, and other compliance standards. Experience desired Strong background in resin manufacturing or compounding is required. Strong knowledge of Federal and State regulatory environment relating to chemical manufacturing. Experience managing FDA regulations for plastics and packaging. Excellent organizational skills. Effective communication skills for training teams, preparing reports, and liaising with regulatory authorities. Work LocationHybrid with some travel to other Tosaf locations or customers possible.
