We offer exciting projects, attractive compensation and benefits along with the opportunity to become part of a creative, innovative organization that is focused on your growth and development.Builtech is seeking a Senior Superintendent to take ownership of and lead successful projects for our clients.ResponsibilitiesSupervise the project schedule to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design and budget.Implement and enforce on-site safety program that adheres to the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.Represent Builtech as the client's primary on-site contact.
