Material Handler / Kitting

Material Handler Overview SmartTalent is hiring for a Material Handler for a growing company in Everett. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, inventory experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments. Location / Pay / Schedule Location: Everett, WA Pay: $19.00 - $19.77 per hour DOE Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Benefits Paid Weekly, Direct Deposit, Affordable Health Care, Full-Time, Career Advancement Opportunities Key Responsibilities • Accurately pull and count parts for work order BOM needs • Maintain inventory accuracy and organization • Communicate issues and incomplete tasks in a timely manner • Report inventory discrepancies to Supervisor or Manager immediately • Follow all company and department policies and procedures • Report tooling issues promptly • Read and follow cut list requirements when cutting materials • Report inconsistencies to Lead or Manager • Work collaboratively with Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Management teams • Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Provide continuous improvement ideas and suggestions • Communicate directly with Supervisor and Lead • Support company goals and policies • Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • Related college coursework preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Previous warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly • Ability to work in a warehouse and production environment Apply Today If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and looking to join a growing team, we encourage you to apply today!
