We're a NYC Downtown AV rated Insurance Defense/Personal Injury Law Firm presently recruiting for a litigation Senior Associate Attorney with 5 to 15 years of experience admitted in New York that has demonstrated the ability to handle his or her own caseload. Corporation Counsel Law Department, NYCHA or other Municipal litigation experience, Insurance Company in-house litigation experience and trial experience preferred. Strong writing and research skills a must. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to handle matters from inception to conclusion in areas of general liability defense litigation, construction accidents, serious injury litigation and premises liability.
