HVAC Technical Supervisor

The HVAC Technical Supervisor at NH Ross is responsible for overseeing the daily field operations for the servicing and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning existing systems in residential homes. This leadership role includes supporting field technicians, managing installation teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of Residential HVAC/Plumbing systems and installation processes. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while maximizing operational efficiency within the installation department.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise HVAC/Plumbing Technicians for residential repairs and replacements. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all installation activitiesVisit jobs and support 5 star installations and service, verify installation plans, and address any challenges that ariseBrief installers before job is started. Communicate with customers to assess their needs, provide updates on job status, and ensure satisfaction throughout the installationMaintain accurate records of completed installations, including job costsStay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance installation processes and improve service qualityWilling to conduct trainings with technicians and installersRequirementsProven experience in HVAC/Plumbing installations and service for residential homes. Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the HVAC and or plumbing industry is preferredExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational abilities with a focus on residential repairs and replacementsKnowledge of industry regulations and safety standards related to HVAC Residential installationsAbility to troubleshoot problems and provide quick solutions on-siteMust be mechanically inclined. Must be able to troubleshoot residential HVAC equipmentExperience with using computer/tablets.
