Senior Front-End / Full Stack Engineer A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Front-End / Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale enterprise-grade digital platforms that support millions of authenticated users. This engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing modern web applications while partnering closely with architects, product teams, and engineers across multiple time zones.
Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.jsBuild highly performant user experiences leveraging server-side rendering and modern front-end architecture patternsDevelop reusable components, shared libraries, and platform capabilities used across multiple engineering teamsCollaborate with architects and product teams to define and implement scalable technical solutionsIntegrate applications with secure APIs, authentication services, analytics platforms, and feature management systemsParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessionsCreate and maintain robust automated testing coverage across unit, integration, component, and end-to-end testing layersMonitor and troubleshoot production applications, identifying root causes and driving issues through resolutionLeverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development efficiency while ensuring quality, security, and maintainability
