Territory Sales RepresentativeWe are partnering with a growing and innovative manufacturer of CNC machine tool accessories on their search for a Territory Sales Representative (TX, LA, OK, MO, IA, AR). This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the CNC machine tool industry who understands how to successfully sell through distribution channels, while also engaging directly with end users.The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business, strengthening distributor relationships, and providing consultative solutions that improve product longevity and reliability for customers across the assigned territory.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue goals within the assigned territoryIdentify, target, and develop relationships with distributors and key end users in the CNC and manufacturing marketServe as a trusted advisor to distribution partners, recommending solutions that address customer challenges related to performance, longevity, and reliabilityConduct product presentations and demonstrations to clearly communicate product value and technical advantagesCollaborate with internal technical, operations, and support teams to ensure timely and effective customer supportMonitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market developments to uncover new opportunitiesPrepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updatesRepresent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote products and expand market presenceQualificationsProven track record of success in B2B sales; experience in CNC, machine tools, industrial equipment, or manufacturing preferredExperience selling through distribution channels and managing distributor relationshipsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, practical waySelf-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to manage a territory independentlyWillingness and ability to travel within the territory as required (TX, LA, OK, MO, IA, AR); overnights up to 7 nights/monthExperience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsStrong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused, consultative sales approach
