The RoleAs an Associate, you'll:• Analyze insurance policies and advise insurers on complex coverage issues• Draft detailed coverage opinions• Defend carriers in bad faith and declaratory relief actions• Manage your own caseload with support from experienced partners• Handle depositions, discovery, strategy, and dispositive motion work?? Location & Flexibility• Offices in Los Angeles – 100% remote• High autonomy over your work and calendar?? Compensation & Benefits• Base salary up to $200,000 (depending on experience)• Profit-sharing bonus structure: $145/hour on all net billables above 1,600 hours• Discretionary bonus potential (many associates have received five-figure bonuses annually)• Health, dental, and vision insurance• 401(k) retirement plan• No billing micromanagement and plenty of time for personal needs and growth ?
