This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, supporting multiple client environments, and solving a variety of infrastructure and networking challenges.Position OverviewThe Network Administrator will support small to mid-sized business clients across networking, systems administration, cloud technologies, and escalated technical support. This role requires someone who is technically strong, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain client network environments, servers, and end-user systemsConfigure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, switches, and wireless networksAdminister Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID / Active DirectoryProvide escalated technical support for complex infrastructure issuesAssist with migrations, onboarding, upgrades, and project implementationsMaintain technical documentation and follow ticketing workflowsWork directly with clients to resolve issues and recommend solutionsRequired QualificationsExperience in IT support, systems administration, or network administrationStrong understanding of networking concepts including VLANs, routing, switching, and VPNsExperience with firewall technologies such as WatchGuard, Fortinet, SonicWall, or similarExperience supporting Microsoft 365 environmentsStrong communication skills and customer-facing professionalismAbility to prioritize and adapt in a fast-moving environmentPreferred QualificationsManaged Services Provider (MSP) experienceHyper-V or VMware experienceConnectWise or similar ticketing platform experienceIT certifications preferredWhy Consider This OpportunityStable direct-hire role with growth potentialVariety of technical work across multiple environmentsHybrid flexibilityStrong leadership team and positive work cultureOpportunity to build long-term career growth
