With a modern, common platform, OI will unlock the benefits of its scale, deliver a better customer experience, and build a foundation for continuous process improvement.We are seeking a Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to support both ongoing ERP conversion initiatives and steady-state master data governance in a dynamic, manufacturing-focused environment.This role is ideal for a business-minded SAP professional who understands how master data drives operational execution — not just how to enter it. You will partner with business SMEs, technical teams, and data leadership to construct, analyze, migrate, and maintain high-quality master data within SAP S/4HANA.Depending on experience and business needs, this role will focus on one primary domain:Material ManagementBusiness Partner (Customer/Vendor/Employee)Our team operates in a hybrid model of recurring conversion waves (every ~90 days) and continuous process improvement initiatives. This role flexes between implementation-focused work and operational MDM support.Job LocationThis role will be remote based in the US with periodic heavy domestic travel.Responsibilities ERP Conversion & Data ConstructionPartner with business process owners and SMEs to define and validate master data requirementsConstruct, transform, and validate master data using Excel prior to SAP uploadPrepare and manage SAP migration templates (Migration Cockpit, LSMW)Perform analytical data review to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and structural issuesSupport recurring conversion waves and implementation cyclesAssist in hyper-care during go-live and blackout periodsMaster Data Governance (Run & Maintain)Create and maintain master data in SAP S/4HANA (Fiori and GUI)Support future implementation of SAP MDG governance processesMonitor data quality and identify root causes of defectsCollaborate cross-functionally to improve master data processesSupport business users during hyper-care and steady-state operationsJob RequirementsAt least 3–5 years of experience working with SAP master data (2+ years considered with strong background)Hands-on experience in either:Material Master (MM) in a manufacturing environmentBusiness Partner (Customer/Vendor) master dataExperience supporting an ERP implementation or migrationExperience constructing and transforming data in Excel for SAP uploadWorking knowledge of SAP table structures related to MM or BPStrong understanding of how master data impacts manufacturing, supply chain, or order-to-cash processesPreferred Experience:SAP S/4HANA experienceExperience with mass uploads and record creationExposure to SAP MDGManufacturing experience (Make-to-Order or Engineer-to-Order environments preferred)Thinks analytically about data structures and patternsUnderstands business context behind master dataCan translate between business SMEs and technical teamsIdentifies root causes instead of correcting records one at a timeIs comfortable working in Excel to construct structured datasetsOperates well in a fast-moving, wave-based implementation modelCompensationSalary range of $90,000 to $105,000/year10% annual bonus target401(k) plan / group retirement savings programShort-term and long-term disability benefitsLife insuranceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offPaid holidaysWhat CRH Offers YouHighly competitive base payComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programsGroup retirement savings programHealth and wellness programsAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotionAbout CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
