Coach direct team, site and corporate leadership teams, and frontline teams on Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies. Own the process for identifying top improvement opportunities across manufacturing and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results. Deploy and standardize CI fundamentals and best practices across facilities to ensure consistency and sustainability (Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, TPM, etc.). Support the development and delivery of training materials for CI tools and integrate into training and development programs. Ensure effective tracking and reporting for KPIs (OEE, downtime, capacity, yield) that drive Continuous Improvement. Lead Kaizens, RCAs, and cost and capacity improvement initiatives across multiple sites. Support project and capital scoping, prioritization, and justification using data-driven analysis. Audit compliance with CI systems (Tracking Systems, Standard Work, TPM, and other) across sites. Perform other duties as assigned. This job is expected to be on-site at facilities approximately 30–40% of the time, with travel up to 40% to support multisite initiatives.Supervisory This position has supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain (Master’s preferred)Experience And Skills7+ years of manufacturing/operations experience, with at least 3 years in CI leadership roles. Proven success deploying CI initiatives across multiple sites. Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, ERP, MES, and other manufacturing systems. Food manufacturing or high-volume production industry experience. Physical Demands This job is sedentary.
