Why This Role Exists
Wagner Machine Inc. has been delivering precision machining and fabrication services since 1957. As an ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev. D certified shop, Wagner supports customers across aerospace, heavy industrial, and custom manufacturing sectors.
This role exists to support continued demand in their high-mix, job shop environment. Unlike production facilities, Wagner specializes in one-off prototypes and short-run machining where setup skill, blueprint interpretation, and independent problem-solving are essential.
This is not a button-pushing position — it's hands-on machining where craftsmanship matters.
