We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team.Position OverviewThe Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial lines team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare ID cards, Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Insurance documentsFile and follow up on claimsFollow up on Direct Notice of Cancellation (DNOC's)QuotingAssist with preparation of invoices, following up on payments, and responding to billing inquiriesProcessing endorsement requestsQualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrior insurance agency experience preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of EPIC and Indio preferredAbility to work in-office, Monday thru FridayWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageSalary range: $50k to $70kOpportunities for professional development and growth within the companyA supportive and collaborative work environmentThe chance to be part of a reputable and growing independent insurance agency.
