Lead Full-Stack Developer

The systems you build will directly impact clinical operations, financial reporting, onboarding workflows, and long-term platform scalability.This role is focused on building reliable production systems across data engineering, backend development, integrations, and internal operational tools. You will work across the full stack, stabilizing critical pipelines, improving operational reliability, developing reconciliation systems, and creating scalable internal platforms that support clinical and business operations.The ideal candidate is a strong builder who writes production code daily, thrives in autonomous environments, and enjoys solving complex operational and data challenges. This is not a management-focused role — it is a deeply technical position centered around ownership, execution, and long-term platform reliability.Key Responsibilities:Stabilize and maintain data pipelines syncing operational and clinical data into BigQuery.Build monitoring, alerting, backlog management, and reliable ingestion workflows.Develop financial reconciliation systems for claims, remittance, and accounts receivable reporting.Improve and harden existing measurement-based care and onboarding platforms.Build internal operational dashboards, admin panels, and exception management interfaces.Develop robust integrations and workarounds for limited third-party APIs.Design and maintain scalable system integrations across operational platforms.Build production-grade backend services, internal tooling, and reporting systems.Support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.Ensure system reliability, observability, monitoring, and auditability across all core platforms.Required Experience:Strong experience building production software systems.Strong SQL skills with experience working in BigQuery or similar data warehouses.Experience developing backend services and data pipelines in Python.Experience with TypeScript and Node.js for APIs and integrations.Experience building frontend applications using React or Next.js.Experience working with PostgreSQL and relational databases.Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, and system reliability.Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical systems.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Experience:Experience with financial reconciliation systems or accounts receivable workflows.Experience working with healthcare or clinical operational systems.Experience integrating multiple operational data sources into centralized reporting systems.Experience working with AWS, GCP, or cloud-native architectures.Experience supporting scalable internal operations platforms.Benefits:A fully remote position with a structured schedule that supports work-life balance.The opportunity to join a fast-growing company building the foundation for an AI-powered clinical intelligence platform.Two weeks of paid vacation per year.10 paid days for local holidays. *Please note our partner is only looking for full-time dedicated team members who are eager to fully integrate within their team.
