Senior Growth Executive
Money Fellows is a fintech company founded in 2018, transforming how people save, borrow, and invest through its Money Circles app. We operate from Money Fellows HQ at 44th Building, North 90th Street, New Cairo 1, Egypt, offering a hybrid work environment. The role reports to the Growth Manager and is a full‑time position.
Key Responsibilities
Define customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and upselling opportunities.
Own the Activation rate & Retention Rate metrics: optimizing the new user onboarding journey to shorten Time-to-Value and maximize retention rate for existing users.
Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns using marketing automation tools and CRM software in alignment with business goals and growth objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Conduct deep-dive business analysis on funnel performance, churn, and cohort behavior using Advanced Excel (SQL/Python is a plus) to drive product decisions.
Develop full-funnel strategies that optimize every step of the funnel.
Work on new ideas and initiatives with different commercial functions to improve user conversion rates and average ticket sizes.
Work closely with the Brand and Content teams to develop new seasonal campaigns and different user use cases.
Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature releases, managing the communication lifecycle from announcement to adoption.
Design and execute automated lifecycle experiments (A/B testing) specifically focused on increasing Product Adoption and minimizing churn.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in CRM, customer growth, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of CRM principles, strategies, and tools, including customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and marketing automation platforms.
Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
Familiarity with fintech products, services, and industry trends.
Experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and AppsFlyer to measure and analyze campaign performance.
Solid understanding of customer journey mapping, customer experience optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical background with the ability to model business scenarios in Excel. Experience with Python or SQL for data extraction is highly desirable.
Proven experience in Product Marketing : translating complex product features into compelling user-facing value propositions.
