Channel Manager

Irving, TX JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Channel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with key distribution channels to drive sales growth and market penetration for Evogen Nutrition. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to ensure the effective distribution of our products. RESPONSIBILITIES: Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and develop new distribution channels, including traditional retailers, online marketplaces, and specialty sports stores. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing sales potential. Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance across all channels to identify opportunities for growth and address any challenges. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing plans and promotional activities. Inventory Management: Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate product availability and inventory levels for distribution channels. Sales Training: Provide sales training and support to channel partners to enhance their knowledge of our products and selling techniques. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the sports supplement industry. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel management or sales within the sports nutrition or consumer goods industry. Proven track record of successfully developing and managing distribution channels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong understanding of the sports supplement market and industry trends. Proficiency in using CRM and sales analytics tools.
