A company is looking for an Inbound Retention Specialist in Sales for a remote position in the Eastern region of the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support to strengthen revenue retention
Consult and educate current advertisers while managing an inbound phone queue
Show clients the value of Yelp through ad performance metrics and handle escalated issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
Excellent time management and organizational skills
