Senior Director, Production Cycle and PMO for Operational Excellence
The Senior Director of Production Cycle and PMO for Operational Excellence is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving strategic process optimization, quality assurance, and operational efficiency across the client. This role oversees the Operational Excellence Project Management Office (PMO) and leads a team of senior professionals to deliver measurable improvements. The successful candidate must possess experience in implementing Lean methodologies, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making within the realms of real estate and facility management. Core responsibilities include leading the development and execution of an organization-wide operational excellence strategy, establishing and driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) across production cycles, and providing insights to executive stakeholders on operational performance and risk mitigation. Expertise in Lean Six Sigma for Service methodologies is needed to execute improvement projects, along with quality tools such as FMEA, control charts, and root cause analysis to eliminate defects. The role also involves overseeing the creation and optimization of process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as mentoring and developing a team of quality assurance and PMO professionals. Required qualifications for this position include a Lean Six Sigma for Service Master Black Belt certification, a minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management and process improvement within large, complex organizations, and at least 20 years of experience in corporate real estate or facility management. The role demands proficiency in statistical analysis software, project management platforms, and process mapping tools.
