We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers and provide timely assistance. The right candidate should be comfortable handling calls, documenting information, and working in a technology-based environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, chats, or email inquiries
Provide accurate information to customers
Record all interaction details clearly and correctly
Assist with general service-related questions
Follow company procedures for issue handling
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center support
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable working on computers, systems, and online tools (tech-savvy)
Good communication and listening skills
Ability to follow structured procedures and guidelines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM or ticketing tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
