Manager, Broiler Operations

SUMMARY: The Broiler Manager directs and coordinates the broiler operations to ensure the delivery of a quality product. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide consultation and direction necessary to enable team to produce broilers. Perform duties in preparing and maintains, reviewing reports and following through on deviation from expected results. Direct strategic operational plans in broiler production. Direct team in carrying out approved grow out program. Prepare broiler production budget. Direct spray truck operations and the delivery of litter material to broiler farms. Cooperate with Catch and Live Haul team in scheduling catch and live haul operations. Manage the training of the Broiler team to continually improve knowledge skills in successful broiler grow out. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position will have supervisory responsibility.
