We are actively building our sales pipeline and looking for a motivated SDR intern to help us connect with prospects and drive top-of-funnel growth.What You Will DoMake outbound prospecting calls to small business owners in the trades industry using a provided script and frameworkQualify leads based on business size, current workflow, and buying signalsBook discovery calls and demos for the founding teamMaintain clean, organized records of outreach activity and pipeline stages in our CRMFollow up with warm leads via phone and email to move deals forwardAttend weekly check-ins with the founding team to review pipeline progress and share feedback from the fieldContribute insights from calls to help refine messaging and sales positioningWhat You Will LearnHow to run effective outbound SDR motions from prospecting to qualificationHow to handle objections and hold confident sales conversationsHow early-stage startups build and manage a sales pipeline from scratchGo-to-market strategy, lead qualification frameworks (like BANT or MEDDIC), and sales segmentation fundamentalsHow to use CRM tools to track activity, manage follow-ups, and report on performanceHow to turn prospect conversations into actionable feedback for the founding teamFull training is provided before your first call.
