We strive to enhance southern hospitality by taking care of our employees and guests.BenefitsHourly Position Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) optionsEmployee Meal ProgramDiscounts on Golf, Tennis, Accommodations, Dining & MoreWork in paradise!Expectations & ResponsibilitiesAlways exhibit a great personality with an engaging smile, demonstrate a strong attention for detail, and uphold a high level of standards in order to create an incredible experience for each guest.Communicate guest needs and preferences to ensure the most personalized experience possible.Create a welcoming lounge environment with all who enter the Club Lounge.Greet and serve with warmth, sincerity, and genuine southern hospitality.Maintain order and service of all food and beverage in the Club Lounge.Maintain cleanliness of the Club Lounge.Control lounge inventory including food, alcohol, soft drinks, silverware, glassware, china, linens, serving pieces, and buffet presentation pieces.Must be able to manage time effectively, actively listen to guest requests and employ initiative to resolve each request.Must be able to improvise when necessary and make empowered decisions to ensure guest satisfaction.All other duties, as assigned.QualificationsAt least one year of serving, or serving assistant experience required.Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcohol.Bar knowledge with some experience serving liquor, beer, and wine is preferred.Effective conflict resolution and organization skills, professional and cooperative demeanor, and positive and energetic attitude ae imperative.Most possess a passion for providing extraordinary service.Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.Good to excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Essential Physical RequirementsMust be able to list minimum weight of 25 lbs. across short-medium distances.Must be able to stand for the entirety of a shift while reaching, bending, and stooping as needed.Must be able to work on-site due to daily needs of the job requirements.Join our team and work in paradise!The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
