The Director of Nursing will oversee nursing operations and deliver leadership in managing patient care processes, ensuring exceptional service quality and adherence to healthcare standards. This role includes responsibilities such as guiding nursing staff, providing hands-on infusion care, coordinating long-term care efforts, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care for patients receiving cancer treatment at home.QualificationsProven expertise in oncology nursing, with practical experience in patient care.Strong clinical and assessment skills, with a competency in line access, maintenance, and infection control practicesDemonstrated leadership abilities in Nursing Management, including staff supervision and operational oversight.Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy Provider card required.Experience in home healthcare is an asset.
