W are looking to hire a multi-talented and knowledgeable Store Manager at our Somerset location. *Benefits Include:* * Weekly pay - Salary position * Quarterly Performance Bonus * Paid Holidays * 2 Weeks Paid Vacation * Product Discounts *Work Schedule:* * Week 1 - Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm * Week 2 - Tuesday through Saturday - 8am to 5pm (8am to 4pm Saturday) *Responsibilities Include:* * Working store manager responsible for daily operations of the business. * Manage and schedule employees. * Daily financial responsibility. * Sell trailers to customers. * Rent trailers and equipment to customers. * Answer phone for sales and rental calls. * Receive and process new trailer inventory. * Manage online marketing and other advertising. * Manage trailer and equipment maintenance. *Job Requirements:* * 5 years proven experience as a manager. * 3 years proven experience in customer service. * 2 years proven sales experience. * Must have trailer and equipment knowledge. * Requires good computer skills. * Neat and professional appearance. * Dependable and reliable. * Willing and able to assist with trailer assembly and repair. * Capable of operating bobcats and forklifts. * Able to lift and carry 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Pay for this position will be determined by experience.
