ResponsibilitiesThe Returns Associate is responsible for the intake of returns from drivers and opens all boxes to ensure that returned items are correct and that the returned items are items sold by the company.

Open all boxes to ensure that returned items are correct and that the returned items are items sold by the company
Separate returns into "core", "defect" and "new"
Put account number stickers on cores and defects
Redistribute new merchandise to other stores
Enter each returned item into the computer system
Help inside returns team create negative purchase orders
Work with salesmen and managers if there are problems with customers returning items
Miscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Great communication skills
Time management skills
Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh upto 100lbs.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/or stairs) or balance
May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.
Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
