Overview:The Field Sales Representative serves as the primary growth driver for DFW-based Primary Care clinics. This role is responsible for building trusted relationships within the community, educating prospective patients and their families on a value-based healthcare model, and guiding individuals from initial engagement through their first scheduled appointment. The Sales Rep works extensively in the field, partnering with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders to generate and convert new patient opportunities while supporting long-term patient retention. This position offers uncapped commission as well as a base salary!Locations: Openings across Mesquite, Garland, Oak Cliff, and Fort WorthResponsibilities:Act as the growth engine for the neighborhood primary care team by driving new patient enrollment through education on the care model and value proposition.Build and maintain strong relationships with seniors, local businesses, and community partners to generate year-round referral and lead opportunities.Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment and growth goals.Meet with prospective patients and their families in community settings, including homes, places of worship, workplaces, senior centers, and residential communities.Develop collaborative relationships with insurance brokers, social workers, social service providers, and senior centers to ensure consistent referrals, with a focus on serving Hispanic senior populations.Engage community officials, businesses, and senior outreach programs to plan and execute joint marketing and outreach initiatives that contribute to patient growthQualifications:Bilingual in English and SpanishHigh school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferredWeekend availability as neededSales or customer-facing experience preferred (e.g., door-to-door, retail, customer service, or cold calling)Desired Soft Skills:Friendly, coachable, dependable, and consistentComfort working in the community on a daily basis* We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance (FCIHO), Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers (ULAC), The San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO), and the California Fair Chance Act (CFCA).
