It is expected you will collaboratewith Principals, Project Managers, and Designers while leadingarchitectural lab programming and planning. Your expertise will helpshape cutting-edge research and development environments and science &technology for corporate, government, and academic clients. In this role you will: Lead clients/users todevelop or validate program requirements for lab and high-techfacilities. Lead the development of space programs and physical plans ata variety of scales. Collaborate with the project team in planningfacilities by developing flexible planning modules, lab organizationdiagrams and service distribution concepts. Lead the documentation oflaboratory systems such as casework, lab equipment, and development oflaboratory spaces to create next generation settings for discovery. Leadlab planning teams: manage teams on multiple projects including jobproduction and quality, and fee management. Participate in marketingefforts through proposal development, interview participation andpresentations. Develop trusting relationships with clients. Utilizeexpertise and share knowledge with colleagues and mentor junior staffmembers on lab programming and planning. Understand and lead collectionand organization of client HPM\'s and drive organizational strategy forcode compliance including control areas, occupancies, and transformationof client EHS approach where relevant. Collaborate with MEP Engineeringin support of required code, approaches, and coordination of relevantbuilding systems to ensure compliance and quality. Coordinate with andmanage procurement of relevant consultants to ensure support for variousproject types. You will need to have: Bachelor\'s degree inarchitecture; Master\'s degree preferred. Architectural licensurepreferred. 10 - 15 years architectural lab programming/planningExperience. LEED AP Preferred.
