They are part of the joint venture delivering one of the largest civil engineering projects currently underway in the United States. As their recruitment partner, we are helping them identify a senior field leader who can drive excellence in construction execution.Job DescriptionLead day‑to‑day supervision of civil works crews, ensuring alignment with engineering plans and specifications.Plan work methods, scheduling, equipment needs, and material requirements for assigned project scopes.Coordinate with field engineers, utilities, subcontractors, and equipment teams to maintain production efficiency.Monitor and forecast work progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.Uphold and enforce all site safety protocols and ensure full compliance with safety documentation.Conduct daily reporting, maintain project records, and support project close‑out activities.Present and communicate production plans to project leadership and ensure cohesive execution across teams.Support inspections and ensure all required quality and safety checks are completed on schedule.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
