Vice President of Strategy, Personal Lines

Position Overview The Vice President of Personal Lines Strategy will drive our Personal Lines strategic planning process and serve as Chief of Staff for PL SVP, President. The role will require close collaboration with Senior Leaders to maximize long‑term performance within Personal Lines. Responsibilities Drive the development of the evolving Personal Lines corporate strategy. Work closely with senior executives to lead critical strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities to differentiate our Personal Lines strategy by monitoring global industries, markets, opportunities and trends 3+ years out. Provide unbiased business, market and competitive analysis and recommendations to support management decision‑making. Analyze operational and financial data to provide qualitative and quantitative backing for strategic development efforts. Lead and manage critical projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality outputs, including Rapid Results project management, Agent Incentive Programs, Strategic Partnerships, ancillary lines penetration oversight, Board of Directors presentations, PL Strategy offsite sessions and the annual CEO strategy session, deployment of PL Project Management staff and AI strategy roadmap development and execution. Essential Skills and Experience 15+ years of experience in professional services and/or the financial services industry. Proven corporate strategy experience with a track record of positioning firms for market success. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent quantitative and problem‑solving skills, including financial modeling. Well‑honed consulting skills that enable objective analysis and positive influence on outcomes. Experience evaluating and executing transactions. Ability to quickly develop deep knowledge of company products and services. Experience building a sustainable, profitable business while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Compensation The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements and experience. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus, long‑term incentive or spot recognition awards.
