This role is a key part of that buildout.Position OverviewFrankly Fulfillment is looking for an Operations Improvement & Systems Lead to help build the operating system of the company.This is a hands-on, builder role.You will walk the warehouse floor, understand how work actually happens, identify where things break, and personally help fix them — through better processes, better systems, better tools, and better visibility.This is not:a traditional IT rolea desk-only analyst rolea warehouse supervisor rolea strategy-only roleWe are not looking for someone who only identifies optimizationYou should:have strong problem-solving abilitybe comfortable with systems, spreadsheets, and toolsbe able to understand both floor-level processes and system logichave experience improving workflows, SOPs, or reportingbe comfortable learning and using new tools quicklyAI / Tools ExpectationYou should be comfortable using AI tools to move faster, including:drafting SOPsanalyzing messy
