Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — In-Home / Field-Based | Achievers ABA Therapy — Merrillville, IN & Northwest Indiana Schedule: Full-Time | Starting Salary: $108,000/yearMust hold active BCBA certification — we are not considering students or candidates currently pursuing certification.Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-home ABA services to children and families throughout Merrillville and the surrounding Northwest Indiana communities.The RoleYou'll carry a caseload of 8–10 children maximum, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising RBTs delivering in-home services. Caseloads are kept intentionally manageable — the emphasis is on quality outcomes, not volume.When you need clinical support, it's there.
