User Interface/Frontend Software EngineerAdaptX is searching for a User Interface/Frontend Software Engineer. This person will directly impact the success of our products through significant contributions on the Engineering team. They will have a strong sense of customer advocacy, be highly collaborative, think critically and creatively, and share their perspectives in formal and informal settings. They will thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.Develop and enhance AdaptX's codebase and user experienceDeliver clean maintainable code with adequate unit testsResolve technical issues through research and creativityEvolve the AdaptX user experience for all usersCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure software designs meet requirementsWork closely with product management to design and define feature requirementsWork collaboratively with other team membersDocument work appropriatelyRequirements4 or more years of software development experience, building web-based user interfacesExperience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript, Angular framework experience is a bonusDemonstrated experience with Git, Continuous Integration and Delivery, and monitoring solutionsExperience using AI tools responsibly across the software development lifecycle is a bonusExcellent communication skills, with the ability to seek clarification and making design choices as appropriateNaturally curious and comfortable using data to drive decisionsTeam-oriented and collaborativeStrong ability to operate within a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environmentDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across all levels of an organizationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAdaptX is an equal opportunity employer.
